Strategic Planning and Creative Development

Our team developed a comprehensive strategic communication plan and artwork for the Marin Municipal Water District.


Plan elements include:


Community Outreach and Engagement—educates and engages customers about what it takes to deliver reliable, high-quality water to homes and businesses, and manage and provide stewardship of MMWD’s assets and resources. The artwork relates the services and product MMWD delivers to quality of life (a morning cup of coffee, a child’s bath, a colorful water-wise garden, protecting the community from fire and other themes).


Water Conservation Outreach—helps MMWD customers “Make Water Conservation a California Way of Life” over the long-term. The theme used is “Conserving water together,” and the artwork conveys a water conservation message with information about MMWD’s services and programs to help customers use water wisely.


Drought Emergency Outreach—-helps MMWD customers reduce their water use quickly during a drought or water shortage emergency. The creative approach is to convey urgent but friendly messaging about actions that can be taken immediately to reduce water use both inside and outside the home.
